DASON ALVERSON

My name is Dason Alverson and I view my job as the biggest blessing that has ever come into my life. I have been in the business since 2009 and don't see myself doing anything else. EVER. I have many passions in this business but what it really comes down to is I love making people happy. I don't sell homes, I provide representation. Representation that was instilled through out generations before me. Putting people first and sales second is the cornerstone of my operation.

New construction is one of my passions and I have been the on-site agent for a handful of communities here in the valley. From Star to Nampa I have assisted in building communities from the ground up. During this time I have created many relationships that have proven to be worth their weight in gold. I lean on these relationships often to benefit my clients throughout the buying and selling process.

When working with buyers I provide useful information that insures we are paying the house forward. I ask questions like is the kitchen big enough for this price point? Is the floor plan function-able or is it obsolete? The more we can pay the home forward in our purchase the more equity you will obtain while living there. The money you stand to make on your home happens the day you buy, not the day you sell.

When working with Sellers I like to play off the buyer’s emotion. When a buyer walks into a home they generally know if it’s something that could work within the first 30 seconds. I call this the "The Golden Moment". Preparing the house for that Golden Moment is an art that generally requires knowledge rather than money.
