My name is Lance Snyder and I am a second-generation builder who has been building in our valley since 2005. I have immense appreciation for my profession and what it means to the people of Idaho. I don't just build homes, I get to create a living space that caters to the way we live out our lives. Each floor plan is designed with you in mind. Tall ceilings and oversized windows ensure that natural light is at the forefront of each Sunrise home. Big bedrooms are a must and where they are placed can make or break a floor plan. Say goodbye to viewing toilets from entryways, kitchens that are too small, and the dreaded wasted space many are accustomed to seeing. Our 45' - 50’+ RV bays and oversized 2 car garages provide a great space for outdoor enthusiasts and their toys. The attention to detail and overall livability may make it a home you don't want to leave. Our homes heat and cool extremely well due to the work that is put in behind the scenes. Conditioned crawl spaces, insulated garages, and 2x6 construction all come standard.
Over the years I have perfected the building experience to make everything as seamless as possible for the buyer. Simplifying the process allows for timelines to be met and ultimately clients who remain happy. My semi-custom process allows buyers to choose from color boards while not getting lost in the overwhelming amount of options that are out there. Each of the color boards has been carefully crafted by interior designers who are experts in their craft. So long as materials haven't been ordered, I do my best to accommodate buyers and their selections. Changes to floorplans are not currently allowed but with 10 different layouts to choose from, we truly feel we have something for everyone.
As a family man with 5 kids and a loving wife, I understand the importance of a home that caters to individuals and their lifestyles. Home is where memories are created, milestones are achieved, and love is received. I will always cherish the fact that I get to play a small part in that as your builder. I am here for you long after the home closes and promise to approach each situation with transparency and integrity.
